PhD Đinh Thị Thanh Vân – Former Deputy Head of the Faculty of Finance and Banking at the University of Economics, Vietnam National University, Hanoi, is a leading expert in personal finance and financial management for young people. PhD Vân is a Fulbright scholar and has conducted research and taught personal finance at several universities in the United States. She earned her PhD in Personal Financial Planning from Texas Tech University and holds a Master of Business Administration – Finance from the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire.
